This privacy policy applies to the Yuca boardgame app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by LaudoStudio (collectively, the "Application"). LaudoStudio is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not use its own analytics or advertising-tracking services and, to our knowledge, does not collect usage profiles or app analytics data. If you use the integrated platform features or make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google may process the data required for those services. Further information is provided below.

Yuca contains no advertising. The Application does not use its own analytics or advertising-tracking services. The app does not use tracking technologies to create usage profiles for advertising or analytics.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. LaudoStudio does not sell or share personal information collected through the Application for advertising purposes.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The Application does not require personal information for its basic use. Data you provide to a platform provider when using a platform feature or making a purchase is processed by that provider in accordance with its privacy policy.
Third Party Access
LaudoStudio does not transmit usage or analytics data to external services to help improve the Application or its service. On iOS and macOS, Yuca can use Apple Game Center. On Android, the game can use Google Play Games. If you use these platform features or sign in to a relevant account, the provider may process account information and game-related data, for example to support sign-in, achievements or leaderboards. The data processed depends on your settings and use of the platform. These features are provided by Apple or Google and are governed by their privacy policies and account settings.
Yuca offers an in-app purchase, which is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment details and payment processing are managed by the relevant store provider. LaudoStudio does not receive complete payment details such as your credit card number. The store may provide the Application with a purchase confirmation or purchase status so that the purchase can be recognized.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law or when disclosure is necessary to protect rights, ensure the safety of individuals, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. LaudoStudio does not collect its own usage or analytics data through the Application.
International Data Transfers
Apple or Google may process data connected with the platform features and store purchases they provide in accordance with their privacy policies and may transfer that data to other countries. Please refer to the relevant providers’ privacy policies for information about their data processing and the safeguards they apply.

You can manage the use of Game Center or Google Play Games in the settings for your relevant platform account. In-app purchases are handled through the relevant store. LaudoStudio does not collect or store its own usage or analytics data through the Application. The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. Data processed by Apple or Google is subject to the relevant provider’s security measures and privacy policies.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects personal data, the provider responsible for the data will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
